All Candidates that apply through Initiate are assured of strict confidentiality.
Candidate’s resumes or personal information will only be provided to clients after
gaining our candidates approval to do so. References will only be conducted with
the candidate’s prior consent and will be coordinated by your consultant.
Candidates that are successful in being selected for interviewing can expect a full
and thorough briefing on the job opportunity. This will include both job specifications
as well as the client’s requirements such as cultural and personality fits.
Initiate are specialists in providing proactive recruitment services to exceptional
candidates. As most quality candidates would appreciate recruitment is all about
